We ship via FED EX or UPS (rates based on dimensional weight).

Please note that models #36D, #42D and #48HD are considered oversize and can ship Fedex Ground or UPS Ground. Models #48HD and #60HD are also shipped via Motor Freight.

We will also ship via USPS at your request.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING MOTOR FREIGHT DELIVERY
The cartage truck driver will usually NOT carry your freight inside unless you have requested "inside delivery" at an extra cost. Please have your team ready to unload from the trucker's tailgate.

UPON DELIVERY
Look at all side of the carton. If the carton is damaged, punctured or wet, write "damaged" on your delivery receipt and keep a copy. Open the carton and check the contents. It may not be damaged. If it is, call us at once toll free: 1-800-247-6132. We will assist you in filing a claim. Keep the carton and packaging. Or you may simply refuse the shipment. It will be returned to us and we will file the claim.
